Meet the Chef - Lior Mashiach

Lior is a die hard pastry chef and a baker. She gained her professional education at the International Culinary Center of New York (formally known as FCI) where she graduated with honors.

After graduating, she moved back to Israel and worked at the acclaimed ‘Pronto’ restaurant in  Tel Aviv. In the summer of 2015, she interned at the Danish restaurant NOMA (former no. 1 restaurant in the world).
